Who we are
Elysium Fields, operating under the Pace of Peace umbrella, provides the Elysium OS mobile storefront and associated ordering services. Questions or privacy requests may be sent to support@elysiumfieldsco.com.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect information you provide, including:
- Name and email address
- Shipping address
- Products, quantities, totals, and order status
- Payment confirmation and limited transaction identifiers
Stripe securely collects payment-card information. Elysium Fields does not receive or store your complete card number. If you choose the card-scanning option, camera access is used only to help Stripe enter card details; Elysium Fields does not store camera images.
How we use information
- Process payments and prevent fraud
- Prepare, ship, and support orders
- Maintain order, inventory, and financial records
- Secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, and compliance obligations
Service providers
We share information only as needed with providers that help operate the service, including Stripe for payment processing, Render for application and database hosting, and Apple for app distribution and platform services. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and agreements.
Retention and security
We retain order information for as long as reasonably needed to fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and satisfy legal and accounting requirements. We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements. Email support@elysiumfieldsco.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published.
