Payments are processed securely by Stripe. If a payment fails, confirm the billing details with your card provider and try again. Elysium Fields support will never ask for your complete card number or security code.
Order help
For changes, cancellations, delivery questions, or damaged goods, email support as soon as possible and include the order number shown on your confirmation screen.
App troubleshooting
Confirm that you have an internet connection and the newest Elysium OS version from the App Store. If a problem continues, include your device model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Do not send payment-card information.
